Lovely food at breakfast served in the pool area. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator in the room. Good and lovely location, bars and restaurants close to the hotel...

Very good value for money! Mini budget, but still getting big room with balcony and breakfast included. I also liked very much hotel´s swimming pool and free transportation to the city and back, and airport too. Room cleaning works very well and the whole staff was very kind and helpful! The area was nice; peaceful countryside, near to the beach. There is absolutely lovely fish restaurant on the beach (about 200 meters away from hotel). Location: It takes about 35 minutes to walk to the Fira. By car maybe 5-10 minutes. There is absolytely lovely fish restaurant at the beach (about 200 meters away from hotel).
room air was quite poor, at times. Little "fusty". But the ventilation and air conditioning helped. This hotel is not luxury, but it was good enough, I think :)

Additionally, we enjoyed the varied and delicious meals available during our stay.

Nothing too much trouble, had a very good stay in the late night. Fairly clean hotel, really enjoyed to be so close to the supermarket, a wonderful beach and heels thanks to peaceful and decent location. The staff was very amiable, affable, and everything was fantastic.

The owners were very helpful. Met us at the port, took us into town several times. Helped us with our greek electric converter after I discovered that we had left ours at the last hotel. [we have been island hopping]. The pool area was fantastic. Within walking distance of one beach. The owner offered to take us into Santorini which we found beautiful sunsets etc to look at and walk around but way too hectic, crowded, noisy to stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing at Porto Castello - had large, comfortable dining area and lounge area with big screen TV.
Bathroom shower was small, but we have experienced that at a number of hotels we have stayed at during our island hopping.

Staff of hotel is excellent. They help to resolve any problem very easily. The swimming pool is fantastic and can be used without scheduling problems (also at night). It is a great complement to the hotel.
The location is a problem because there are no services near the hotel, but the shuttle bus service is excellent (free and with high frequency) and compensates for this problem.

Almost nothing. We booked a double room there since it was close to a beach.
Even though it was close to a beach, it was kind of a desserted and not so happening one. However, leaving that aside as well the location of the hotel atleast 4-5 kms from the Fira centre and you must hire a car or moto. The hotel claims frequent and free transportation from the hotel to the city centre. However, the frequency is one hour and while coming back you have to call them and sometimes no one picks the phone. The rooms are ok, but the toilets stink. You won't find anyone in the reception, when needed. The staffs are unprofessional and rude sometimes. The breakfast is awful. Wifi doesn't work most of the time, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
